I’ve ordered from them a few times over the past several months, and for the most part, the things I’m looking for are usually in stock. There have been a couple of times when a color or size I wanted was already sold out, which was a little frustrating, especially if I checked back a week later and it still wasn’t available. But most of the time, I can find something close to what I had in mind. Overall, I’d say their availability has been good in my experience.

"Decent deal, but not as amazing as it looks"
I ordered from coachoutlet.com because the sale price caught my eye, the bag I got is nice for what I paid. That said, I wouldn’t say it felt like some unbelievable bargain. Shipping was fine, nothing terrible but nothing impressive either. I also noticed a lot of items still seem pricey for an outlet, so I’d definitely compare prices before buying. Customer service gave me one of those canned apology responses when I had a question, which always annoys me because it feels like nobody actually read what I wrote. Overall, it’s okay if you find a solid deal, but don’t assume everything is automatically a steal.

I ordered a bag from coachoutlet.com and had a smooth experience. One thing I’ll warn people about is to really pay attention to the final sale notice. It was clearly shown on the item page and again during checkout, so I knew before buying that I wouldn’t be able to return it. Shipping was fine, and the bag arrived just like I expected. Overall, it was simple and I’d shop there again, but definitely double-check the return policy before you hit purchase

"Looks just like the photos"
I ordered a bag from coachoutlet.com, the pictures were pretty much spot on. I kept checking the listing while waiting for it to show up because I’m not the most patient person, and I was half expecting the color to be off or something.

But nope, it looked just like it did online. The color was the same, maybe even a little better in person, and the size, stitching, and hardware all matched what was shown.
I was relieved because I hate waiting around for something and then being disappointed when it finally arrives. This time, what I saw on the site is exactly what I got, so I’m happy with it. 5 stars from me

“I received mine, which shipped from Florida (if you're using the authentic Coach outlet site) in 3 days to Canada. They use UPS for international shipping, but not sure about US shipping.”
